Yes. Parking is free for all members and their visitors, every day. No extra fees, no daily hassles.
SpaceworkX offers flexible terms: daily passes, month-to-month, and yearly agreements. Start small, scale up as needed.
The security deposit is $350. It’s returned within 14 working days after your office is vacated and in good condition.
Month-to-month: 30 days’ notice, covered by your last month’s payment. Annual: 30 days’ notice plus 1.5 months additional payment if cancelling early.
Yes. Members can enter anytime using a FOB/phone-based access. Outside business hours, visitors must be escorted by the member.
Absolutely. Lighting and HVAC are available 24/7, so your space is comfortable whenever you work.
Yes. We provide business-grade internet, monitored and supported by our team. You can test it during a tour. Backup procedures are in place for minimal disruption.
